WHAT IS CANCELLATION INSURANCE?

Beticketing insurance allows you to cancel your registration for whatever reason for cancellation, personal (illness, exam invitations, transport strike, etc.) or professional (change in vacation dates, new job, etc.) or for any other random, unpredictable and sudden reason.

General Conditions of Beticketing

IS CANCELLATION INSURANCE MANDATORY?

No, but it is highly recommended. 

The Marseille-Cassis - AG2R LA MONDIALE organization will not cancel or refund bibs for any reason whatsoever. If you do not wish to take out the cancellation insurance offered by Beticketing during your registration, you will therefore not be able to claim any refund, postponement or cancellation of your bib.

If you did not take out Beticketing cancellation insurance when you registered, you will however be able to resell your bib on the Swika platform before October 2, 2026, or transfer your bib to a person you know directly to your runner account before October 6, 2026.

Information on bib resale and transfer

Yes, medical proof is required to participate in Marseille-Cassis - AG2R LA MONDIALE.

In 2026, the medical certificate is no longer required. Each participant must provide a PPS certificate (Health Prevention Pass) from January 15, 2026 or an FFA license (competition, business, running) for the 2026/2027 season in accordance with the regulations in force of the French Athletics Federation (FFA).

HEALTH PREVENTION PASS (PPS) OR LICENCE

According to the current FFA regulations: Article II-A

In accordance with the regulations in force of the French Athletics Federation (FFA), Article II-A, participation in "Marseille-Cassis - AG2R LA MONDIALE" is subject to the mandatory provision for each participant of medical proof. To do this, participants may present:

• A PPS (Health Prevention Pass) certificate number with a validity period of one year, and valid on the date of the event, to be entered on the runner's account. The certificate must be completed online and established as of January 15, 2026.
• OR a 2026-2027 license issued by the FFA and valid on the date of the event, "Athlé Compétition", or "Athlé Entreprise", or "Athlé running".
  Attention: "Athlé Santé", "Athlé Encadrement" or "Athlé Découverte" licenses are not accepted. Holders of one of these licenses or of a Pass must provide a PPS (Health Prevention Pass) certificate established from January 15, 2026.
• As a reminder, neither a medical certificate nor any other document can be accepted to attest to the possession of the medical proof.

FOREIGN PARTICIPANTS

• Foreign participants are required to provide a PPS (Health Prevention Pass) certificate number with a validity period of one year, even if they are holders of a competition license issued by a federation affiliated with World Athletics. The PPS certificate must be established as of January 15, 2026.
• As a reminder, neither a medical certificate nor any other document can be accepted to attest to the possession of the medical proof.

MINOR PARTICIPANTS

Marseille-Cassis - AG2R LA MONDIALE is open to people born in 2008 and before. Each participant born in 2008 and who would be 17 years old on Sunday, October 25, 2026 must:

• Attach to their runner account a parental authorization - Parental authorization template
• Provide medical proof:
  • A 2026-2027 license issued by the FFA and valid on the date of the event, "Athlé Compétition" or "Athlé running".
  • OR answer a Health Questionnaire on the FFA website, in order to generate a certificate number which will be entered on the registration form.
  • OR a medical certificate less than 6 months old on the date of the race.

*Health questionnaire accessible after the creation of a personal PPS account. The PPS certificate issued and the associated number are free for minors.

*This certificate must be completed for each race registration and is free of charge.

3 preferential SAS are set up for the Marseille-Cassis - AG2R LA MONDIALE :

• - 1h20 '/ - 1h30 ' / -1h45 '
• Any request to access a preferential SAS must imperatively be made during the registration process and accompanied by a proof of performance of less than 1h20, less than 1h30 or less 1h45 made on a half-marathon between 1st September 2025 and 4th October 2026.
• The performance proof should be sent before October 6th 2026 to be downloaded at registration or linked to your " Runner Account  " from www.marseille-cassis.com
• The proof must strictly comply with the performance schedule presented below. Any request from SAS whose proof will not be in accordance with the scale will be rejected.
• The justifying performance of the allocation of the preferential SAS must be made between September 1st, 2025 and October 4, 2026 according to the scale defined in the table below.
• Acceptance after examination of the proof of performance and subject to availability of places. If the maximum number of SAS places is reached before your proof of entitlement has been received and validated, your SAS application will be rejected.
• Your proof must be legible, in the format: PDF, or image (jpg, gif, png, tif, jpeg) and less than 2 MB (2 MB = 2,000 KB)
• Example of proof: Official race certificate, copy of the FFA athlete file, extraction of FFA ranking or company chronometry...

When purchasing the bib, it is possible to subscribe to 4 additional options. These 4 options can be subscribed to when purchasing the bib or subsequently by returning to your online runner account.

• Box Delouss Pasta for €9 (to be collected at the Expo Village at the catering stand from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on October 23 and 24)
• Poster 2026 format 40x60 at a price of €6 with collection from the Expo Village or home delivery charged at €4
• Engraved plaque to stick on the back of the finisher medal for €9. Shipping within the days following the race to the postal address provided during registration.

• Access the official Swika platform that allows you to put your bib for Marseille-Cassis - AG2R LA MONDIALE on sale and officially unsubscribe from the race
• Bib listings on Swika will be permitted from June 16 until October 2, 2026
• Please note: All financial transactions will be made exclusively online via official platforms.

• Back-to-back redemption and resale are not permitted. A bib purchased on the swika platform cannot be resold a second time.

I WANT TO TRANSFER MY BIB

• ou can also officially exchange your bib with someone you know from your personal registration account, by clicking on "Transfer my registration".
• Bib transfers will be authorized from June 16 until October 6, 2026.
• PLEASE NOTE: By transferring your bib through the official transfer procedure, you will be refunded 90% of the amount initially paid for the bib (excluding processing fees) and your registration will be cancelled.

  The refund will be credited directly to the payment method used for your purchase, once the recipient of your bib has validated and paid for their registration. Any add-ons or options purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• To confirm a bib transfer, you must pay the bib price (€75) plus a €9 transfer fee (excluding additional options and processing fees).
• As part of the transfer process, all financial transactions must be completed online. If you are taking over a bib, please ensure you do not pay any transaction fees directly to the person transferring their bib to you.

Each participant must provide a PPS certificate (Health Prevention Pathway) from January 15, 2026 or an FFA license (competition, business, running) for the 2026/2027 season in accordance with the regulations in force of the French Athletics Federation (FFA).

What is the Health Prevention Course (PPS)?
It is a digital tool in 4 steps, making you aware of the risks, precautions and recommendations related to the health of the runner.
To realize your PPS, simply indicate the date of your race, watch carefully a series of short videos dealing with 3 topics: cardiovascular risks, risk factors and precautions and recommendations; and finally attest on the honor of your personal ability to race.
Following your PPS, a PPS certificate will be downloadable in PDF format at the end of the procedure on the website, and will also be sent to you by e-mail. This certificate can then be sent to us via your runner account in the dedicated section to complete your registration.

Following the registration of your PPS, a personal PPS number will be communicated to you. This number must be entered from your runner account in the dedicated section in order to be validated electronically and complete your registration.

Your PPS is valid for one year. As part of Marseille-Cassis - AG2R LA MONDIALE, you can realize it from January 15, 2026.

• A registration confirmation email will be sent to you instantly after your online registration
• A "REMOVAL COUPON" of your bib will be sent by email to all runners registered on the monday 19th october or tuesday 20th october 2026.
• After sending the registration confirmations, you can also download the document online from your personal file accessible from the section "Am I registered?"
• On this document will be reported the personal data of the runner, so as to be able to check them. This document will be requested when distributing bibs.

Bib collection will take place at the Expo Village. No bibs will be sent by mail.

You will also receive an official race bracelet when you collect your bib. This bracelet must be worn on the wrist to access the start area in Marseille on Sunday 25 October and to collect your feed bag at the finish in Cassis. Without a wristband, access to the various race zones will not be permitted.

In order to collect your bib and race bracelet , please bring with you :

1/ Your "PICK-UP VOUCHER" sent by email one week before Marseille-Cassis - AG2R LA MONDIALE.
2/ Your ID card
3/ If you have not provided it by download, your medical proof respectively in accordance with the regulations below.

Bib collection will only take place at the Expo Village, Parc Chanot in Marseille. No bibs will be sent by mail.

Collection of an individual number by another person :

• You can mandate another person to collect your number.
• He/she must have your identity card (or a copy of it), your number collection form, your medical certificate if you have not had it validated beforehand. 
• A person can only pick up one or two race numbers in addition to his or her own.
