The 45th edition of Marseille-Cassis will kick off on Sunday October 27, 2024.

• Registration reserved for licensees of the French Athletics Federation and limited to a maximum of 1500 places

• The last 1,000 places available for individual registrations will be offered for sale at the price of €80 *, of which €10 will be donated to the association supported by Marseille-Cassis in 2024 **.

1/ Login on the official website of Marseille-Cassis from 10 a.m. on tuesday february 20th, 2024 :

• Click on "GROUP ENTRIES", then fill in all informations fields, specify the number of bibs (Min: 20 / Max: 100 riders) and confirm.

2/ Terms of payment of your group

1. The payment of your entire basket can be made online by credit card.
   OR
2. Payment by check, by bank transfer to the attention of SCO Sainte Marguerite must imperatively reach us within 8 days (from the date of registration) and sent to the following address:

1. After computer validation of your registration, proceed to the printing of the summary sheet to be attached to your payment by check or by transfer.

Attention:

• In the absence of receipt of your payment within the deadline, your reservation will be completely canceled.
• All group bib reservations are closed permanently, no refund of bibs purchased in group (all or part) will be made after reservation, the return of bib not used in a group will not be accepted with the organization.

Recommendations

• Prior to your booking, please have this following information, which is required : Group Name / Mailing Address / Responsible Name / Phone / Fax / Phone / Email / Name and address of billing service / SIRET number / Number of bibs
• At the same time, we invite you to make the necessary arrangements in your group for the payment: 75€ / person ( excluding options and management fees )
• The final acceptance of your registration will be communicated by email and you will receive by email the instructions to access the online entry platform.

BIB / PREFERENTIAL SAS OF « –1h20 », « -1h30 »ou « -1h45 »

• Preferential SAS requests must be made when registering the runner of your team on the internet and imperatively before October 15, 2024
• To validate the application, you will have to log on the rider's card and attach a proof of performance before 15 October 2024 by uploading online. No sending of proof of performance by email will be taken into account.
• The proof must strictly comply with the performance schedule presented below. Any request from SAS whose proof will not be confirmed with the scale will be rejected and the rider concerned will be given a normal bib.
• The performance justifying the allocation of the preferential SAS will have to be carried out on race between 1 September 2023 and 15 October 2024 or Marseille-Cassis 2023.
• Acceptance after examination of the proof of performance and subject to the availability of places
• The proof must be legible, in the format: PDF, or image (jpg, gif, png, tif, jpeg) and less than 2 MB (2 MB = 2,000 KB)

CAUTION : The performances realized on trail type of races will not be admitted as justifying.

RACE BIBS PICK-UP

The pick-up of bibs will be made at the «Marseille-Cassis Expo» on October 25 and 26, 2024 by the group leader subject to the validation of the medical proof of each runner.

MEDICAL CERTIFICATE, HEALTH PREVENTION COURSE (PPS) OR LICENCE

Medical certificate 

To facilitate the management of medical documents and the collection of bibs, you will be able to download on the platform of input of your runners, the medical proof of each of your participants.

The conformity of the medical proof will be confirmed to you by email after examination and validation emanating from the organization. You will also be informed in case of non-compliance as well as its motive.
Runners without medical proof attached to their file before October 16, 2023, must provide it when collecting the bibs.

ACCORDING TO FFA REGULATION IN FORCE : PARAGRAPH II-A

According to the French Athletics Federation (FFA) regulations in force, Article II-A, participation in "Marseille-Cassis" is subject to the mandatory presentation by participants of medical proof corresponding to one of the following documents: 

• A medical certificate of absence of contraindication to the practice of "sport in competition" or "athletics in competition" or "running in competition", dating from less than one year to the date of the competition (valid on October 27, 2024).
• OR, following the recent evolution of the regulation, a PPS certificate (Health Prevention Pathway) dating less than three (3) months to the date of the competition. The certificate must be drawn up on 27 July 2024.

• OR A 2024-2025 license issued by the FFA and valid at the event's date, "Athlé Compétition", or "Athlé Entreprise", or "Athlé running »
  Warning: the licenses "Athlé Santé", "Athlé Encadrement" or "Athlé Découverte" are not accepted. Holders of one of these licenses will have to provide a medical certificate of non contraindication to the practice of running (or athletics or sport) in competition dating less than one year from the date of the event OR a certificate PPS (Health Prevention Course) established from 27 July 2024
• OR a "Pass J'aime Courir" issued by the FFA and completed by the doctor, valid at the event's date.
• OR a sports license, valid at the date of the event, issued by a Federation only certified (FSGT, FSPN, FFSA, FCD, FFH, UFOLEP, ASPTT, FSCF), on which must appear, the no contraindication for the practice of sport in competition, athletics in competition or running in competition.
• OR a medical certificate attesting your ability for the practice of "sport in competition" or "Athletics in competition" or "running in competition", dating from less than a year to the date of the competition

FOREIGN PARTICIPANTS

• Foreign participants are required to provide a medical certificate allowing the practice of competitive sport, competitive athletics or running in competition, even if they are licensed for competition issued by an IAAF affiliated federation.
• OR, following the recent evolution of the regulation, a PPS certificate (Health Prevention Pathway) dating less than three (3) months to the date of the competition. The certificate must be drawn up on 27 July 2024.

No other document can be accepted to attest to the possession of the medical certificate.

Specific regulations of riders handisport

For security reasons regarding the profile of the Marseille-Cassis race, the participation of wheelchair athletes is not allowed. Runners reporting another form of disability are not affected by these measures. To ensure their safety and facilitate their departure, the organization asks disabled riders allowed to participate to be known during their registration by mentioning their disability.

A blind athlete can only benefit from one guide and are inseparable. Registration is mandatory for the rider and his guide. Ensuring the safety of all participants during the event, the organization is forced to make these arrangements and remains assured of the understanding of all.

I WANT TO TRANSFER MY BIB

• You can also officially exchange your bib with someone you know from your personal registration account, by clicking on "Transfer my registration".
• Bib transfer is allowed until October 7, 2024
  Service charged 10 € (excluding options and management fees) to the person taking back the bib. Attention, in case of transfer, the bib is not refunded by the organization. It is up to the person transferring his bib to make his arrangements directly with the buyer of the bib in the event of a possible transaction between the persons concerned..

3 preferential SAS are set up for the Marseille-Cassis :

• - 1h20 '/ - 1h30 ' / -1h45 '
• Any request to access a preferential SAS must imperatively be made during the registration process and accompanied by a proof of performance of less than 1h20, less than 1h30 or less 1h45 made on a half-marathon between 1st September 2023 and 15th October 2024.
• The performance proof should be sent before October 15th 2024 to be downloaded at registration or linked to your " Marseille-Cassis Account ? " from www.marseille-cassis.com
• Acceptance, after examining the proof of performance, is subject to availability of spaces
• Your performance proof should be readable and downloaded as a PDF or picture (jpg, gif, png , tif, jpeg) file and size less than 2 MB (2 MB = 2000 KB)
• Sample performance proof : Official race diploma, copy of the FFA athlete file, extraction of FFA ranking or company
  chronometry...

In the event of changes in race conditions for health and / or security reasons, the preferential SAS, exclusively awarded on proof of performance, and the associated wave starts may be canceled for the smooth running of the race.

This year, a new type of certificate can be sent to us, the Health Prevention Course - known as “PPS” - as an alternative to the medical certificate or sports license, according to the new regulations in force of the French Athletics Federation (FFA), Article II-A.

What is the Health Prevention Course (PPS)?
It is a digital tool in 4 steps, making you aware of the risks, precautions and recommendations related to the health of the runner.
To realize your PPS, simply indicate the date of your race, watch carefully a series of short videos dealing with 3 topics: cardiovascular risks, risk factors and precautions and recommendations; and finally attest on the honor of your personal ability to race.
Following your PPS, a PPS certificate will be downloadable in PDF format at the end of the procedure on the website, and will also be sent to you by e-mail. This certificate can then be sent to us via your runner account in the dedicated section to complete your registration.

To be validated, your PPS must be completed within 3 months before the event. As part of Marseille-Cassis, you can realize it from July 27, 2024.

2. OR, following the recent evolution of the regulation, a PPS certificate (Health Prevention Pathway) dating less than three (3) months to the date of the competition. The certificate must be drawn up on 27 July 2024.

3. OR A 2024-2025 license issued by the FFA and valid at the event's date, "Athlé Compétition", or "Athlé Entreprise", or "Athlé running »

DON'T FORGET: ANY OTHER MENTION OR OTHER SPORT REGISTRATION WILL BE CATEGORICALLY REJECTED

FOREIGN PARTICIPANTS

• Foreign participants are required to provide a medical certificate allowing the practice of competitive sport, competitive athletics or running in competition, even if they are licensed for competition issued by a World Athletics affiliated federation.
• OR, following the recent evolution of the regulation, a PPS certificate (Health Prevention Pathway) dating less than three (3) months to the date of the competition. The certificate must be drawn up on 27 July 2024.

No other document can be accepted to attest to the possession of the medical certificate.

How to join your medical certificate ?

• Until October 24th, 2024: Your medical proof will have to be provided to us by upload it during the registration or attached to your runner account
• After October 24th, 2024: Loading of the medical proofs will be closed, the delivery will be imperative when you will come to withdraw your bib (October 25 and 26, 2024 / Village Expo)
• Provided by upload, your proof must be legible, in the format: PDF, or image (jpg, gif, png, tif, jpeg) and less than 2 Mo (2 Mo = 2,000 Ko)
• These documents will be kept in original or copy by the organisation as proof in case of accident.
