HEALTH PREVENTION COURSE (PPS) OR LICENCE
In 2025, a medical certificate is no longer required in Marseille-Cassis. Each participant must provide a PPS certificate (Health Prevention Pathway) from July 26, 2025 or an FFA license (competition, business, running) for the 2025/2026 season.
According to the current FFA regulations: Article II-A
In accordance with the current regulations of the French Athletics Federation (FFA), Article II-A, participation in "Marseille-Cassis" requires each participant to provide a mandatory medical certificate. To do so, participants may present:

FOREIGN PARTICIPANTS
Foreign participants must provide a PPS (Health Prevention Pathway) certificate dated less than three (3) months before the competition, even if they hold a competition license issued by a federation affiliated with World Athletics. The PPS certificate must be issued on or after July 26, 2025.
Starting from this 2025 edition, neither a medical certificate nor any other document will be accepted as proof of a medical certificate.

Marseille-Cassis is open to individuals born in 2007 or earlier. Any participant born in 2007 who will be 17 years old on Sunday, October 26, 2025, must:
