WHAT IS CANCELLATION INSURANCE?
Beticketing insurance allows you to cancel your registration for whatever reason for cancellation, personal (illness, exam invitations, transport strike, etc.) or professional (change in vacation dates, new job, etc.) or for any other random, unpredictable and sudden reason.
General Conditions of Beticketing
IS CANCELLATION INSURANCE MANDATORY?
No, but it is highly recommended.
The Marseille-Cassis organization will not cancel or refund bibs for any reason whatsoever. If you do not wish to take out the cancellation insurance offered by Beticketing during your registration, you will therefore not be able to claim any refund, postponement or cancellation of your bib.
If you did not take out Beticketing cancellation insurance when you registered, you will however be able to resell your bib on the Swika platform before October 3, 2025, or transfer your bib to a person you know directly to your runner account before October 7, 2025.
