For the 5th consecutive year, Marseille-Cassis continues its charitable commitment by supporting in 2025 the On'Tchao association that supports patients with cystic fibrosis and their families, providing them with concrete help to improve their quality of life and care.
Cystic fibrosis is the most common fatal genetic disease in France and Europe, and mainly affects the respiratory tract and the digestive system. Cystic fibrosis requires heavy, daily care 365 days a year. And unfortunately there is currently no curative treatment.
Making a gesture in favor and support of the On’Tchao association means improving the quality of life and care of patients with cystic fibrosis.
Closely linked with the Grégory Lemarchal association which works on a national level and in particular in terms of research into the disease, the On'Tchao association acts locally in the Provençal territory so that patients and families sometimes forget the disease a little by offering themselves breathing spaces through sport, laughter, moments of relaxation and leisure, and opportunities to get together which are all opportunities to escape.
In addition to this support opportunity, the last 1,000 places available for Marseille-Cassis 2025 during the individual registration session will be offered for sale at the price of €85, of which €10* will be donated to On'Tchao.
* Each donor will benefit from a tax reduction of 66% of the donation amount and will receive a tax receipt provided by On'Tchao.
What actions are financed thanks to donations made to the On’Tchao association?
In 2025, cystic fibrosis still remains an incurable disease that requires significant research.
The Grégory Lemarchal Association devotes a very significant portion of the donations received to supporting medical research on cystic fibrosis. On average, there are between 15 and 20 teams of researchers who, each year, can progress in their work in infectious diseases and lung transplantation, better understand the mechanisms of the disease and find new therapeutic solutions.
The On'Tchao association is committed, with the help of donations received, to making the lives of patients and families sometimes a little sweeter by organizing numerous local and personalized actions which thus offer moments of entertainment and interludes in the daily lives of people affected directly or indirectly by the disease. The association also aims to improve the quality of life of patients in all aspects of daily life disrupted by illness, by supporting them financially, and by supporting projects within hospitals through the purchase of equipment for example, or by decorating cystic fibrosis departments for the end of year celebrations.
By making a donation to the On'Tchao association, the donor contributes to improving the quality of life of people with cystic fibrosis, but also to the purchase of specific equipment for patients.

About the On’Tchao association
“Because our daughter inspires us” On'Tchao was born in 2020 in Provence, in the South of France, from the story of Coline, a little girl full of life, diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at birth. Faced with the challenges imposed by the disease, his family chose to fight with optimism and determination.
The association's mission is to provide support to patients and their loved ones by promoting the joy of living, dreams and hope. "At On'Tchao, we are convinced that whatever the illness, the better we live, the more we start to dream, the more likely we are to strive towards something better, and to simply enjoy life."

About the Grégory Lemarchal association
The Grégory Lemarchal Association is a non-profit association under the 1901 law, recognized as being of general interest, created on June 7, 2007.
Following the death of Grégory Lemarchal, performing artist, from cystic fibrosis on April 30, 2007, at the age of 23, his parents, Laurence and Pierre, and his sister, Leslie, decided that Grégory's artistic success and his fight against cystic fibrosis should make it possible to mobilize the general public to better fight against this fatal genetic disease in the interest of patients.
