- To support you and help you prepare with peace of mind, we've put together an 8 week training plan to get you started right away.
- From September 2 to October 27, the special Marseille-Cassis training schedule can be based on 3 or 4 weekly sessions, depending on your wishes and possibilities.
- The schedule is flexible and can be adapted according to how you feel, your current state of fitness, and any feelings of fatigue or well-being as the weeks go by.
- We also invite you to share your training sessions. Group sessions are even better.
