Course

• Start: 9.30 Velodrome Stadium (Boulevard Michelet) in Marseille
• Distance: 20 km on the road and to be completed under 3 hours
• Climb: 327m on ascending the Col de Gineste (10^th km)
• The route is completely closed to traffic
• Finish: The port of Cassis

5 refreshment points :

1. Just before the ascent of the "Col de la Gineste"  - Vaufrèges (5th Km)
2. At the summit of the "Col de la Gineste" (10th Km)
3. On the Carpiagne Plateau (14th km)
4. Just outside Cassis - Camping des Cigales (17th Km)
5. At the finish - Place Baragnan

Roadside attractions :

Rock music, pop music, cheer-girls - a variety of different spectacles are planned all along the course to support and encourage the runners.
